A message from the CMO
Welcome to the Spring edition of Sower magazine!
Whether you’re holding this in your hands or reading it on a screen, I hope you’ll find a moment to pause — and be encouraged. The stories in this edition of Sower are a powerful reminder of why Bible Society Australia exists: to see lives transformed by the word of God.
Each edition of Sower brings fresh inspiration, and this one is no exception. From trauma healing in Jordan, to Bible translation in Vanuatu, to the quiet faith of a 98-year-old woman in China — these stories reflect the deep and lasting impact of God’s word in people’s lives.

CHIEF MISSIONS OFFICER, BIBLE SOCIETY AUSTRALIA

Pray With Us
Join us in praying for Bible Society projects in Jordan, Vanuatu and China, where God’s word is bringing healing, translation and hope.
Please pray for the Bible Society of Jordan and the churches running trauma healing sessions, asking that participants would find healing, forgiveness, and new life in Christ. Pray also for the Bible translation teams in Vanuatu, that God would bless their dedication, preserve their languages, provide resources, and see Scripture take root in every community. And remember believers in China, especially the elderly like Tang Xiulan, that every Bible distributed would bring them strength, comfort, and hope.
